Illegal Alien pleads not guilty to murdering Laken Riley

The family of murdered college student Laken Riley are NOT going to receive justice.

At least not right now.

Breitbart is reporting that the illegal alien who is being charged with murdering Riley has had the audacity to plead NOT GUILTY to the charges despite everyone in America knowing what he did.

Jose Antonia Ibarra of Venezuela, an illegal alien who had been living in America, has been charged with ten counts relating to the murder of Laken Riley, the college student who was found brutally beaten to death on the campus of the University of Georgia (UGA) back on Feb. 22.

For those hoping for the death penalty for Ibarra, it's probably not going to happen.

The district attorney for the Western Judicial Circuit has already come out and said that they're NOT seeking the death penalty for Ibarra.

Instead, prosecution will be seeking life in prison without the possibility of parole for the illegal immigrant.

On May 8, Ibarra was indicted for "felony murder, aggravated battery, aggravated assault with intent to rape, kidnapping with bodily injury, obstructing a person making a 911 phone call, and tampering with evidence."

Allegedly, "on February 22, when Riley went for a morning jog, Ibarra kidnapped her after preventing her from making a 911 call. Then, Ibarra allegedly attempted to rape Riley before brutally strangling her and beating her until she was dead."

Riley's murder became a landmark example for those in America who have been crying for better border security for YEARS.

It even forced many Democrat politicians in America to admit that letting thousands of undocumented immigrants flow across America's southern border might be having some negative effects on this country.

Do you think that Ibarra will be spending the rest of his life in jail? Or is this plea the beginning of a long string of injustices that will see Ibarra wriggle his way out of punishment?
