ICYMI: Hakeem Jeffries Wanted Biden Investigated for Tara Reade Accusations

It is a new day in the Democrat Party, as Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) has taken over the helm of the House Democrat Caucus.

So, we thought it only right to take a little deep dig into the new leader to see what we could find.

Among other big issues, you may find it interesting that when Tara Reade accused Joe Biden of rape, Jeffries was at the front of the line saying that the accusations deserved a deep dive investigation into Joe.

Check It Out

As we all know now, the story was completely buried by the media at the time.

Joe was their guy and they were going to get him into office come hell or high water.

Tara Reade, by all accounts, was just as reputable as women who had come forward against other politicians, at the very least deserving to have her story investigated.

It was not…

Amid the primary race, Jeffries was among those Dems that wanted this looked at.

At the time, he stated, "It's got to be taken seriously because this is a serious allegation raised by a serious individual and needs to be investigated seriously. We've probably got to hear from him [Biden] at some point directly.

"I'm not really in a position to say what is the appropriate mechanism, although this needs to be taken seriously."

Well, now that he is House leader, perhaps he can start the investigation.

Just another little tidbit in case you are interested.

Jeffries' uncle, Leonard Jeffries, is a controversial black supremacist and antisemite, who, believe it or not, appeared at Senator Warnock's (D-GA) church when he was coming up through the ranks.

That, of course, gets brushed under the rug on both of their accounts because they are Democrats.
