Hunter Loses Appeal to Toss Gun Charges

Prosecutors in the Trump hush-money case recently stated that they needed another two to three weeks to conclude their case.

This means the trial should be wrapped up by the end of the month, but fret not, another trial is on the way.

Hunter Biden lost his appeal to have his gun charges tossed, so that case is now expected to hit the courtroom in June.

See You Soon, Hunter

I just cannot get over the irony of this entire mess.

We have Joe Biden, a Democrat, who is trying to pass tougher gun laws while his son is trying to circumvent the gun laws we have in place.

Somehow, day after day, the media fails to hold Biden’s feet to the fire on this issue.

Hunter’s case was before the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, which denied the motion to dismiss it.

The ruling stated, “This appeal is dismissed because the defendant has not shown the District Court’s orders are appealable before final judgment.”

In other words, the court did not even look at the merits of the appeal because it appears to have been filed too soon.

Hunter’s legal team was trying to blame his indictment on the bad orange man, and Republicans, who they claim were pressuring the Special Counsel to file charges.

Judge Noreika addressed this in her ruling, stating, “The pressure campaign from Congressional Republicans may have occurred around the time that Special Counsel decided to move forward with indictment instead of pretrial diversion, but the Court has been given nothing credible to suggest that the conduct of those lawmakers (or anyone else) had any impact on Special Counsel.

“It is all speculation.”

Hunter could have been out of this mess already, but after Noreika spotted some absurd conditions in the plea deal, Hunter’s attorneys postured, and prosecutors called their bluff.

Now Hunter will be back in the courtroom on June 3 to start his trial in a follow-up to the Trump hush-money case that will be wrapped up just prior to that.
