Hunter Biden's sentencing in gun case delayed until December
Well, America has finally learned when the Hunter Biden sentencing on gun charge convictions will take place.
AFTER the 2024 Presidential Election.
In a decision that Democrats are probably seeing as a huge win, President Joe Biden's son is NOT going to be sentenced until Dec. 4 for his conviction on felony firearm charges.
The sentencing had previously been scheduled to take place in early November, which means that right around election time, Americans would have been getting a stern reminder of just how corrupt this Biden-Harris administration really is.
In June of 2024, Hunter Biden was convicted in a Delaware federal court on three felonies for purchasing a gun in 2018 when he was addicted to crack cocaine. Hunter was found guilty for lying on the gun application, claiming that he was not unlawfully using or addicted to drugs at the time.
Even though the crimes Hunter was convicted of could typically mean a sentence of up to 25 years behind bars, it is unclear if Hunter Biden will face any jail time at all.
It's very possible that Hunter Biden could avoid jail time altogether because this is technically a "first-time" offense and because of his last name.
Not long after the Dec. 5 sentencing, Hunter Biden will be facing sentencing on tax charges on Dec. 16.
Hunter Biden pleaded guilty to federal tax charges in early September 2024 and is facing up to 17 years behind bars and $1,350,000 in fines.
Joe Biden, Hunter's father, has already dropped his reelection bid and let Democrats replace him with Kamala Harris, but Hunter Biden's legal problems might still be on people's minds when they head to the polls this November.
Sure, Kamala Harris may not have had everything to do with Hunter Biden's tax crimes, but it shows you what kinds of people on whose shoulders she is standing.
