Fox News Digital reported a discovery that Hunter Biden traveled to at least 13 countries with his then-vice president father when he was managing his now-defunct firm Rosemont Seneca Partners.
Hunter, who co-founded Rosemont Seneca in 2009 with Devon Archer and Christopher Heinz, accompanied then-Vice President Joe Biden on official trips to Europe, Africa, Asia, and Mexico, as Fox News reported.
This is according to video footage aired for the first time on Jesse Watters Primetime, Secret Service records, and previously reported messages from Hunter's abandoned laptop.
Travel Details
In April 2010, Hunter proposed meeting with state authorities in Serbia with his business associate Mark Doyle, who was a registered foreign agent for Serbia at the time, stating that he could "catch a ride" with his father — "JRB" — on an official trip to Belgium and Spain.
"How about we go over around May 10th," Hunter wrote in an email to Doyle. "JRB will be in Madrid and I can catch a ride with him and fly over to Serbia and back with you."
Doyle, who previously served as a senior adviser to then-Senator Joe Biden and the national finance director of Biden's unsuccessful 2008 presidential campaign, later responded that "the Ambassador" wanted to "start putting together a full day for you with Tadic and potential investors."
Eric Schwerin, the then-president of Rosemont Seneca, responded to Hunter and Doyle, explaining that "Hunter would like to try and get to Serbia immediately after going to Madrid with his father," and that while he didn't have a "specific investment opportunity to pitch," he hoped to speak "in general about Rosemont Seneca and the investment opportunities," according to a previous Fox News Digital report.
The meeting evidently fell through after Hunter informed Petrovic via email on April 29, 2010, that there had been a "change in the schedule of my other travel in Europe."
Email Evidence
Several days later, Schwerin suggested in an email to Hunter that he communicate with a potential client in Spain while he was there with his father, although it is unclear if this conversation occurred.
Hunter requested Secret Service protection in Belgium during Biden's visit from May 5 to May 7, 2010, according to records published for the first time by Senate Republicans in September 2020.
According to emails, Hunter was scheduled to journey in the vice president's motorcade upon their arrival in the Serbian capital of Belgrade on August 16, 2016, years later when Biden traveled to Serbia.
Hunter informed his associate, the Serbian diplomat Vuk Jeremic, via email on August 14 that he would be in Belgrade and invited him to ride in the vice president's motorcade.
"I will be there and expect if you are able that we can spend time together while I am at the Hyatt," Hunter wrote. "Please call or email if you have an issue entering the hotel- I'll make sure we can spend time together and maybe you could come with me in motorcade to airport if you have time."
