Hunter Biden Judge Slams Joe’s Claims About Tax Case

We expected outrage among the right over Joe Biden pardoning Hunter Biden.

When Democrats started to speak up, I have to admit, I was a bit shocked.

Now, in addition to the Special Counsel speaking out, the judge who presided over the tax case is ripping Biden for lying about the case to the American people.

Misleading at Best

Judge Mark Scarsi, a Trump appointee, is not happy with how Joe Biden characterized the prosecution of Hunter Biden.

Biden made all kinds of claims, all of which were lies, and Scarsi had no problem pointing that out.

In response to Biden’s pardon of Hunter, Scarsi stated, “The President asserts that Mr. Biden ‘was treated differently’ from others ‘who were late paying their taxes because of serious addictions,’ implying that Mr. Biden was among those individuals who untimely paid taxes due to addiction. But he is not.”

On the claim that Hunter had been singled out, Scarsi wrote, “Two federal judges expressly rejected Mr. Biden’s arguments that the Government prosecuted Mr. Biden because of his familial relation to the President.

“And the President’s own Attorney General and Department of Justice personnel oversaw the investigation leading to the charges. In the President’s estimation, this legion of federal civil servants, the undersigned included, are unreasonable people.”

Biden was clearly trying to tap into the heartstrings of Americans to make them believe he was righting a wrong, but this is all about self-preservation.

If Hunter faced jail time, there is no telling what he would have blabbed to save himself, and there is no way that Joe Biden was going to chance that.

While there are plenty of Democrats and liberal pundits defending Biden, far more are upset for Biden insisting that he would not pardon his son, only to go back on his word just as he is leaving office.

It again exposes that Joe Biden is hardly the man the Democrat Party makes him out to be.
