Hunter Biden's lawyer has a smug prediction for America.
And it is one that anyone with even a shred of common sense is praying won't come true.
Biden's legal team is claiming that all gun charges against Hunter will be "dismissed before trial."
The president's son is facing up to 25 years of jail time for multiple gun crimes.
Hunter is being charged with one count of false statement in the purchase of a firearm, one count of possession of a firearm by a person who is an unlawful user of or addicted to a controlled substance, and one count of false statement related to information required to be kept by federal firearms licensed dealer.
Still, we all know what America's federal government REALLY cares about is pretty much only dollars and cents, so it was very telling to learn that Hunter wasn't being indicted on ANY of his tax crimes.
One Republican congressman compared not charging Hunter with tax crimes to trying to nail a serial killer for jaywalking.
Attorney Abbe Lowell is now saying that his client, Hunter Biden, isn't even going to have to face those jaywalking charges.
"On the facts, we think we’ll have a defense," Lowell said.
"The case will be dismissed before trial" for being "likely unconstitutional."
Lowell is FURIOUS at Republican investigators for looking into the Biden family, something that he made quite clear:
Your blatant efforts achieved your goal as the U.S. Attorney in Delaware today filed gun charges against our client — charges that are unprecedented when not part of some other criminal conduct and have been found unconstitutional by a federal court of appeals — and who reversed his earlier decision that such charges were not warranted. Your improper interference now affecting a federal prosecutor is a much greater threat to society than the 11 days that Mr. Biden possessed an unloaded gun.
