House Republican Says Mayorkas Must Be Impeached

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas is out of chances.

Now, House Homeland Security Committee chairman, Rep. Mark Green, is calling for Mayorkas' impeachment.

And for good reason.

Customs and Border Protection (CBP) official Troy Miller unloaded his thoughts on what is going on at the border during the holiday season.

"We are facing a serious challenge along the southwest border and CBP and our federal partners need more resources from Congress — as outlined in the supplemental budget request — to enhance border security and America’s national security. Despite ongoing challenges, in November, the men and women of CBP continued their tireless work and recorded increased seizures of illegal narcotics while facilitating lawful trade and increased holiday travel," Miller said.

In just the month of October, 242,000 illegal immigrants entered the United States without the necessary paperwork.

When Miller says CBP has “continued their tireless work,” we believe him.

According to Green, President Joe Biden and his administration do not want the American people to see just how bad things are getting at the border.

In fact, Green says the Biden administration worked hard to sweep those illegal immigration statistics under the rug, releasing them the Friday right before Christmas break, an unsuspecting time for countless Americans who are focused on rest, relaxation, and celebrating the holidays.

Green called this act a “cowardly quest to evade accountability and transparency.”

Releasing the numbers on the Friday before Christmas appears to be the straw that broke the camel’s back.

Green then took another jab at Mayorkas.

“These numbers are so bad, he wants as few Americans to see them as possible. And December’s numbers, which will be released in January, are anticipated to be even more grim,” said Green.
