House Dem Leaves Caucus of Israel

There is a bit of a rift in the Democrat Party over Biden’s support for Israel.

Rep. Lois Frankel (D-FL) has decided to leave the Congressional Progressive Caucus over her feelings regarding Israel and Palestine.

Believe it or not, Frankel is on the right side of this argument.

Just Wrong

We have seen many Democrats come forward to call out Biden on this front, demanding that he support a cease-fire by Israel.

We have also seen numerous Democrats on the far left spew Hamas talking points.

Frankel is on the flip side of this, offering her full support for Israel.

During a recent vote, she stated, “The United States has a moral duty and national security urgency to aid Israel in defending herself.

“Make no mistake, Hamas terrorists and others in the region are out to destroy Israel and kill all Jews. We must send an unequivocal message to the world that we stand with Israel.”

Frankel was one of only 11 Democrats that joined the GOP in passing the $14.3 billion in aid for Israel, which took funds that were earmarked for the IRS to fund the legislation.

She was also one of 22 Democrats who voted in favor of the censure of Rep. Tlaib (D-MI) for her comments calling for the annihilation of Israel.

Frankel did not make a big deal about leaving the caucus, but it came to light when outlets noticed that her name had been removed from its published roster.

Her office confirmed that she is no longer actively a member, citing the conflict with other members of her defense and support of Israel.

Democrat voters have some hard choices to make in the upcoming election. They can remove these people from office, but it would mean crossing the aisle to put a Republican in these seats.

They have to decide between loyalty to their party or this country.
