When Trump first announced that we were going to pull out of Afghanistan, the biggest concern we all had was the threat of terrorism emerging.
Trump and his staffers claimed to have a had a plan to ensure that would not happen.
We never got to see or hear Trump’s plan because he was ousted from office before he could carry out the withdrawal.
Biden’s plan is in place, however, and it appears to have resulted in the re-emergence of Afghanistan as the playground for terrorists.
C’mon Man!
The war on terror was not going to be over, but a looming threat of a terrorist attack ever happening on American soil was supposed to be gone.
After Biden’s botched withdrawal and his loose immigration policies, well, nobody would be surprised to see an attack happen in the near future.
Much of that has to do with the fact that about two years later, Afghanistan is like the Six Flags of terrorism.
A recent United Nations report found “the Taliban-controlled Afghan reality that the report describes includes a score of terrorist groups, both regional and worldwide in scope, living unmolested, conducting terror activities and growing more numerous in 2023 than they were the year before,” reported The Hill.
The report, in part, concluded, “The link between the Taliban and both Al-Qaida and Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan remains strong and symbiotic. A range of terrorist groups have greater freedom of maneuver under the Taliban de facto authorities. They are making good use of this, and the threat of terrorism is rising in both Afghanistan and the region.”
Biden’s “over the horizon” approach is clearly not working, and that has put the entire world at risk from these monsters.
When the attack happens, and it will happen, make no mistake about, the blood spilled will be on Biden’s hands.
