Holland-Zendaya Breakup Rumors Fly After Social Media Cleanse

The gossip sites just about blew up the internet recently when Zendaya decided to purge her social media accounts of followers.

When Tom Holland disappeared from the followers list, the rumors started to fly that the couple had possibly broken up.

Rest easy, though, gossip lovers, as this appears to have just been Zendaya purging her accounts and taking a break from social media.

Still Together

For years, there were dating rumors about “Spiderman” star Tom Holland and “Euphoria” star Zendaya.

After allowing the rumors to fly, the couple finally did confirm they were dating in November 2021.

Last week, she finally posted, putting up a promo shot for her new movie, “Challengers,” which is due out April 26.

Zendaya stars as Tashi, a former tennis prodigy turned coach who is now married to a tennis champion who is stuck in the midst of a losing streak.

Zendaya, who has 184 million followers, had not posted on her Instagram account in about three months when she suddenly purged all of the “following” people in her account.

Dune: Part Two” is also due out later this year.

Zendaya has been all but gone from the spotlight since “Euphoria” went off the air in 2022, much to fans’ disappointment, and a shocker to everyone considering the critical acclaim of the show.

That brings us to Zendaya’s social media purge, which then sparked the rumors that she and Holland had possibly split up, which Holland quickly shut down, stating, "No, no, no. Absolutely not."

The last time the two were publicly seen together was in October before the writers’ strike, where they were photographed walking down the street together, arm-in-arm, in West London.

It is also worth noting that Holland has also been missing from social media, with his last post being made about eight weeks ago.
