Hillary Concedes That Biden’s Age IS an Issue in Election

Our old friend Hillary Clinton is back in the news, and this time she is taking a shot at her own people.

Hillary, for some reason, had been invited to speak at the Financial Times Weekend Festival.

Hillary was asked about yet another stumble that Joe Biden took, this time at the G7 summit in Japan.

It Is a Concern

One of the concerns about Joe Biden's health is the shuffling of his feet when he walks.

There are numerous mental illnesses associated with this in the elderly, and based on Joe Biden's mental gaffes, concerns on this front are hardly out of line.

Editor Edward Luce stated, "There was that heart-stopping moment when he almost fell over coming down the stairs a day or two ago. He didn't use a railing, and Jill wasn't there with him.

"Every time that happens, your heart is in your mouth because these things could be consequential. Is that a concern," reports Fox News.

Hillary responded, "It's a concern for anyone. We've had presidents who had fallen before who were a lot younger, and people didn't go into heart palpitations."

I am going to stop here for a second to comment on this because Luce should have interrupted her right there.

There may have been younger presidents that fell without causing concern, but they were not Biden's age, they did not have a history of mental gaffes, and they surely were not showing the signs of dementia and/or Alzheimer's, like Biden has. But, of course, he did not; he just allowed her to make her point.

Hillary continued, "But his age is an issue, and people have every right to consider it.

"But, you know, he has this great saying - and I think he's right - don't judge him for running against the Almighty but against the alternative. I am of the camp that I think he's determined to run; he has a good record that, three years ago, people would not have predicted would have gotten done.

"He doesn't get the credit yet for what is happening out in the country in terms of jobs and growth and planning for the future with CHIPS and other stuff. So, I obviously hope he stays very focused and able to compete in the election because I think he can be re-elected, and that's what we should all hope for," reports the New York Post.

Hillary, while still sticking up for Biden, kind of threw him under the bus where his age is concerned.

Other Democrats have pushed back on this pretty hard, so it was odd to see her depart from the approved Democrat narrative.

Dems are in spin mode on this, and will likely stay that way right up through election. With that still being a year and a halfway, who knows what kind of mental shape Biden will be in by then.
