Hillary Clinton Rails Against SCOTUS Decision Not Yet Released

Hillary Clinton is having a mental breakdown over a ruling that has not yet even been announced by the Supreme Court.

After hearing questions asked by conservative justices regarding an Idaho abortion case, Hillary went nuclear on X.

According to Hillary, the “MAGA Supreme Court majority” is about to attack women’s rights.

It truly amazes me how aggressive Democrats get when it comes to being able to kill unborn children.

The Idaho law has made nearly all abortions illegal, so the question has come up whether certain emergency care states related to abortion would be permissible in some cases.

The current law only allows abortion exceptions when the life of the mother is at risk.

In an effort to get around the law, the Biden administration sued using the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act, arguing that abortion should be included under lifesaving medical care.

Generally speaking, abortion is an elective procedure, not health care, and surely not emergency care unless the life of the mother is at risk.

The questions by most of the conservative justices on the bench seemed to address that very question.

That led to Hillary posting on X, “Breaking: The MAGA Supreme Court majority appears ready to rule that the right to ‘life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness’ doesn’t extend to women with pregnancy complications or who otherwise need abortions.

“This is horrifying, and it is because of Donald Trump.”

Mind you, this is the same “MAGA” court that just rejected Kari Lake’s election fraud case, but Hillary seems to have selective amnesia when the court makes a decision that benefits the left.

Hillary is the bell ringer for Democrats against Trump, now raising the old narrative that Trump will literally “kill” his opponents if elected to office.

During a recent podcast, she claimed, “Trump was like, you know, just gaga over Putin because Putin does what Trump would like to do — kill his opposition, imprison his opposition, drive journalists and others into exile, rule without any check or balance.

“That’s what Trump really wants.”

Sadly, as long as Trump is in politics and we do not have a federal law regulating abortion, this is the type of nonsense that Democrats will continue to spew and what gains them favor with voters.
