As Biden spewed his rhetoric, a heckler with a bullhorn could be heard in the background.
Between that and the police sirens, it summed up what Joe Biden has done to this country.

Philadelphia has become one of the most violent cities in the nation.
It was only fair that the police would be called into action during that speech to make the nation aware of what Democrat rule had done to that city.
The speech was not perceived well by anyone other than the most diehard Kool-Aid drinkers in the country.
Even liberal media outlets hammered Biden for the threatening theatrics and hateful words.
Biden has just started to make headway in the polls, so it will be surprising if he does tick back a few points after Thursday night.
