Hawley, Mayorkas Get into Heated Battle Over Firing of DHS Employee

It is a fair assessment that most conservatives believe that DHS Secretary Mayorkas has been a complete and utter disappointment, and that is being kind.

That is even more so the case after Senator Hawley (R-MO) questioned Mayorkas over his requested firing of DHS employee, Newja Ali.

Ali is the employee who made pro-genocidal posts on the same day that Israel was attacked by Hamas.

Despicable

I am not sure why the American people are not more outraged by Mayorkas remaining in our government.

This man has gone completely rogue at the border, and now he is allowing someone who is clearly an anti-Semite, at the very least, to remain in the employ of the DHS.

Ali’s posts regarding Israel were horrific, yet it was Mayorkas who became indignant during the questioning, but Hawley never backed down.

Here is that segment of the hearing…

The fact the Democrat Chair of the committee demanded an answer tells you just how idiotic the decision to not fire this woman is.

Mayorkas does this every time he comes to committee… he provides very few answers and leans on his family’s history or his time served in our government, as if that has anything to do with how he is enforcing our border laws and disciplining employees.

Let’s add in the fact that Mayorkas was quite aware of the line of questioning that Hawley was going to pursue, but he chose not to bring the information to the hearing with him.

Hawley sent that letter to Mayorkas on October 19, so there were roughly two weeks for Mayorkas to get his ducks lined up, but he chose to be combative instead.

In my view, Mayorkas may be even more dangerous than Joe Biden and if I had to pick an order for impeachment, I would definitely put Mayorkas on the list ahead of Biden.
