Harris Vetting Team Should Be Fired After Choosing Walz as VP
When Tim Walz was selected as Kamala Harris’s VP, most people, including this writer, thought it was a huge mistake, but that was before we really investigated Walz.
I had stated numerous times that I thought Shapiro was a slam dunk for Harris.
As it turns out, Harris’s vetting team really dropped the ball on Walz, and if I were her, I would be firing the entire time.
Bad Choice
As a conservative, there is a lot not to like about Walz. But as an American, there is even more.
The one thing you do not do in this country is misrepresent your service, and Tim Walz has done that on numerous occasions.
He has told people that he carried a weapon in war, claimed that he retired as a Command Master Sergeant, and we are now finding out that he retired after having found out that his unit was likely to deploy.
Now, keep in mind, being in the National Guard does not disqualify one from serving in Congress, as we have had many members of Congress serve both Congress and their Guard units.
One of the most recent members to do that was Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI), now an independent.
When we look at Walz’s policies, it is just as disastrous.
With Walz in office and taxes going through the roof, Minnesotans fled the state reminiscent of what we saw in California.
Between April 1, 2020, and July 2, 2023, the state lost about 46,000 residents, taking billions in tax dollars with them.
Keep in mind, before Walz had taken office, Minnesota had been seeing significant growth, and with the weather the state has, that is saying something.
So where did these people go? Most of them apparently loved the weather, so they moved to Wisconsin, with Florida, Texas, and North Dakota taking in the rest.
Like many Democrat states, Minnesota was locked down tighter than a drum during the pandemic, and Americans did not like the lack of freedom, so they looked for greener pastures, so to speak.
That is what the American people are getting if Walz winds up being the VP.
