Harris Announces New Giveaway to Draw in Male Black Voters

The honeymoon period for Harris is clearly over, and she is backsliding in polling.

When in doubt, give something away, and that appears to be Harris's latest strategy for luring in some of the voters who are leaving her camp.

Harris has announced another initiative solely for black male entrepreneurs.

Give It Away

Harris stated that if she wins this election, she will establish a new initiative to help promote male black business owners.

The initiative would offer one million loans that would be fully forgivable up to $20,000.

Many see this as a desperate attempt to swing votes at the last minute, while others are wondering why this program was not rolled out while Biden was in office.

Mandela Barnes, the former lieutenant governor of Wisconsin, who has already endorsed Harris, stated, “Wow, it’s the last three weeks. … Ballots are in mailboxes.

“We shouldn’t be here having to break the glass because we’ve reached the emergency point.”

Democrats still dominate black voters, but they have slipped significantly over the last four years.

Democrats have typically won more than 90% of the black vote, but right now, Harris is only at 83% among black women, and 70% with black men, sitting at 78% overall.

In the key 18-44 demographic, Harris only has a 41% margin, compared to Barack Obama holding a 81% margin in the 2012 election.

Dems have tried to counter the lack of enthusiasm by sending Barack Obama on the campaign trail, but that seemingly backfired as well.

Obama was caught on video tearing into a group of young black men, telling them they need to vote for Harris because she is black… end of discussion.

Now, imagine arguing that Harris was not a DEI hire by Biden, then telling people they need to vote for her solely because she is black… it’s comical.

Harris is hitting this demo particularly hard this week, taping a podcast with Charlamagne the God and hosting a “Black Men Huddle Up” event in several battleground states.

Charlamagne is usually not an easy interview, so I am curious to see how that goes.

I would also note the black men I have talked to about this are not exactly happy that Democrats think the only way they can be successful is by rigging the game in their favor, so I am not sure how much that new initiative will actually help Harris.

And make no mistake about it, if Harris loses the minority vote and Trump is up around 20%, she has no chance of winning this election.
