One of Donald Trump's most prominent supporters has passed away.
Lynette Hardaway, who you probably know better as Diamond, of Diamond and Silk, passed away.
According to reports, she passed on Monday night.
Shock Death
Diamond and Silk got their 15 minutes started openly voicing their support for Donald Trump.
The internet duo very much helped Trump breakthrough with minority voters.
They were regulars at Trump rallies and eventually formed a bit of a friendship with Trump.
Trump, after hearing of Hardaway's passing, stated, "Really bad news for Republicans and frankly, ALL Americans. Our beautiful Diamond, of Diamond and Silk, has just passed away at her home in the State she loved so much, North Carolina. Silk was with her all the way, and at her passing."
He continued, "There was no better TEAM anywhere, or at any time! Diamond's death was totally unexpected, probably her big and precious HEART just plain gave out. Rest In Peace our Magnificent Diamond, you will be greatly missed!"
The outpouring of support for Hardaway was significant…
The World just lost a True Angel and Warrior Patriot for Freedom, Love, and Humanity! Please respect the privacy of Diamond’s family! Memorial Ceremony TBA.

I never really went for the schtick of these two, but there is no denying the impact they had on the 2016 election in terms of helping Trump get elected.
Exactly how she died is still unknown, but I would imagine the details of that will be revealed soon enough.
It is not yet clear what the future of the her sister, Herneitha Rochelle Hardaway Richardson, will be without her partner for the podcasts.
I cannot imagine Silk just shutting down shop after the death of her sister.
Rest in peace, Ms. Hardaway… your fans and family will miss you dearly.
