Gutfeld Goes Nuclear on ‘The Five’ Co-host

This week, “The Five” had a fairly lively episode when talking about Donald Trump’s indictment.

Co-host Harold Ford chimed in after Pirro offered up her two cents.

I won’t say he and Greg Gutfeld got into it, but Gutfeld was definitely wound up about all of these indictments coming down, reported the Daily Caller.

Election Interference?

Calling this election interference is something that I try to avoid on this.

My point is that Trump has no right to avoid responsibility for his actions just because he is running for president.

On the flip side of this, I firmly believe and even predicted that all of these investigations would be timed out to hurt Trump during the election.

I would not call it so much election interference as a campaign to literally erase someone from the political world.

As Ford finished up, Gutfeld jumped in, stating, “You don’t think this is totally over the top? As a judge, four? I mean, even when — everything you say makes sense except it’s all bullshit! It’s all nonstop, we know this is designed to banish an isolated, destroy a political outsider who predicted this.

“Chuck Schumer, remember this? Don’t mess with the intel agencies. They’ll arrest your team and keep it off the field.”

I firmly believe three of the four indictments against Trump are complete and utter garbage.

The only one I think has any real weight to it is the classified documents case, but then again, why is Trump being held to a higher standard than past presidents, and even Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton? It is clearly not a level playing field on that front.

For me, however, it is not the cases so much as it is the jury pool and judges.

With that concern, the two cases I think are the weakest, the Georgia case and the hush money case in New York, are also going to have the toughest juries for Trump.

There is a very real possibility that this railroading could wind up with Trump in prison, which would throw the entire GOP nomination process on its ear.
