Group of Senate Republicans Meeting with DACA Recipients to Talk Amnesty

Well, that did not take very long.

Only days after the election results came in a group of Republican senators have started to meet with DACA recipients.

The topic… amnesty for the group of illegal immigrants.

How About No

Four Senators reportedly met with the group.

They were Sens. John Cornyn (R-TX), Mike Lee (R-UT), Mike Rounds (R-S.D.), and Pat Toomey (R-PA).

While thousands of illegals continue to come across our border every day, Senator Schumer (D-N.Y.) made it clear amnesty is his main goal, not securing the border.

Earlier this week, Schumer stated, “We have a population that is not reproducing on its own at the same level that it used to.

“The only way we’re going to have a great future in America is if we welcome and embrace immigrants, the DREAMers, and all of them.”

Some would say that is because of how many abortions are performed each year, but I digress.

Conservatives have made it quite clear that amnesty should not be put on the table, period.

Yet, here we have a group of Republicans helping to push a Democrat agenda directly against our wishes.

I have been warning against Cornyn for quite some time, and now he gets another strike against him.

There is not much I can do about those other senators, but Cornyn is in Texas, so we have to find a primary candidate that can oust him in 2026.

I wanted him gone in 2020, but people love to pull the handle for that familiar name.

If there is one Senator in that entire group that should realize the damage offering up amnesty will do it is Cornyn, but he could care less.
