A group of conservative Jewish activists announced the launch of Jews Against Soros as a movement of conservatives opposing the radical policies of the politically-involved billionaire.
George Santos has been behind millions of dollars of donations to Democrats and progressive causes over many years.

"Jews Against Soros will fight back against the common left-wing smear that opposition to Soros and his sprawling network of political organizations is antisemitic," the group said in a statement.
"Attacking Soros for his influence on American politics, to say nothing of his nefarious agenda in Israel itself, isn't antisemitic. It is simply a fact that Soros funds a huge proportion of the radical left in this country. And he must be stopped," it added.

“So far, in just a few hours, between Twitter and our website we have received inquiries and support from thousands of like-minded individuals,” said Will Scharf, who is currently running for Missouri Attorney General.
“We plan to build a grassroots army of Jews committed to standing up against Soros and his brand of leftism," he added.
Soros has served as the leader of the Open Society network which has encouraged the BDS movement (boycotted, divestment, sanctions) against Israel, along with other causes that have supported leftist causes in the U.S. and abroad.
Scharf hopes his new effort will help change the level of influence Soros has held over elections and will highlight a conservative response to the efforts of Soros and his organizations.
The new move is likely to be popular among many conservatives, while also triggering those on the left supportive of Soros and the causes he funds.
The direct campaign against Soros will at least draw attention to the billionaire's efforts, helping Americans see the influence his actions have had on the nation's politics for many years.
