Senator Lyndsey Graham (R-S.C.) has lost another court battle.
Graham's appeal to avoid testifying in the Georgia 2020 election case was denied.
The decision was handed down by the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Must Testify
Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has been after Graham for some time.
She believes he was either part of or has information pertaining to "a multi-state, coordinated plan by the Trump Campaign to influence the results of the November 2020 election in Georgia and elsewhere."
A big part of the case is based on wording used by Trump during a call with Secretary Raffensperger.
Trump asked him to "find" the votes needed for him to win the state, but it was hardly a request to change votes.
By his own admission, all Trump wanted was for the election results to be investigated.
Graham has been adamant that he has nothing to offer to this investigation.
He never supported Trump's challenge of the election and was on record very early on that front.
Even so, Willis wants him on the stand.
