Governor Kemp Remarks on Death of Laken Riley, Points Finger at Biden Administration

The hottest topic of the day right now is the death of an Augusta University nursing student Laken Riley.

Riley was allegedly killed by an illegal immigrant, her body found in a wooded area at the University of Georgia (Athens) on Thursday.

Georgia Governor Brian Kemp was asked about her death, and he pointed the finger directly at the White House as to how this happened.

Kemp Lets Loose

Riley had been reported missing by her friends after she did not return from running.

About 30 minutes after the report, authorities found the young woman’s body in a wooded area, “unconscious and not breathing.” They also stated she had “visible injuries.”

The suspect in the case, Jose Antonio Ibarra, came to the United States from Venezuela, having been arrested by Border Patrol for crossing illegally in September 2022, which was at the heart of Kemp’s attack against Joe Biden…

Kemp did not stop there, doing the media circuit to hammer Biden.

During an appearance on Fox News, Kemp called “every state a border state” for how Biden has opened the borders in this country and refused to enforce our border laws.

He further posted on X, “It’s outrageous we still have no idea who is entering this country illegally and where they’re being released.

“Americans have a right to this information, and I’m demanding the Biden administration provide it so we don’t lose even more innocent lives like Laken Riley’s.”

According to another report, the suspect and his brother, Diego Ibarra, have been arrested numerous times, including for possessing a fraudulent green card, yet the man was still here when he should have been deported.

I have often referred to these crimes as preventable because if Ibarra was not here, that young lady would likely still be alive.

Instead, she is dead, her family and friends are in mourning, and our borders remain open… how many more times does this have to happen before the American people say enough?
