GOP Rep. Says Work on Biden Family Not Done Yet

In less than four months, Joe Biden will be gone from the White House to fade into oblivion.

Hunter Biden has been found guilty in one case and just pleaded guilty to income tax evasion in another.

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL), however, says the work into investigating the Biden family is far from over.

Not Done Yet

At this point, I think most people in this country would be happy if they never heard the Biden name again, but that is not what Rep. Luna sees in our future.

Joe Biden is out of the election, and Hunter Biden is staring down the barrel at a dozen years in jail and more than $1 million in fines if the judge decides to drop the hammer on him.

Even so, she is looking for more.

This weekend, Luna was on Fox News and stated, “But I want to remind people that just because he’s pleading guilty, doesn’t mean that our job stops.

“Ultimately, this whole thing was that Hunter Biden was really the keystone in regards to the influence peddling that was really benefiting the now-sitting president, Joe Biden.

“And so I do believe that our actual delegation and our committee needs to actually put forward legislation to stop influence peddling at this magnitude.”

I think Republicans are still livid that they were being accused of a wild goose chase for years, only to have Hunter plead guilty in an investigation that was launched trying to tie Hunter’s business dealings to Joe Biden.

After three years, they have not found that smoking gun that would bring charges against Joe Biden, so they sound like they are going to continue to look.

I have always believed Joe Biden to be one of the most corrupt public officials in office, but if the GOP has not found that link yet, I am not sure they are going to be able to dig deep enough to find it.

Not to mention the fact we now have Kamala Harris to focus on, another corrupt public official that needs to be exposed.

But Harris is another one who covered her tracks very well, simply working out sweetheart deals and refusing to prosecute her allies as a DA so they would keep filling up her campaign coffers with cash.

If Harris wins the election and the GOP manages to hold the House, my guess is that the focus on Biden will be quickly switched to Harris's record as a prosecutor.
