Just weeks after it was struck down by a lower court, Georgia's Supreme Court has done it.
The abortion ban after six weeks has been reinstated.
The emergency petition had been brought before the court by the Georgia Attorney General's Office. The office asked the Georgia Supreme Court to temporarily "stay" the lower court ruling and reinstate the law in the meantime.
This lower court decision came last week from Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney. That clown's decision was that "the law was unconstitutional because it was enacted in 2019 when Roe v. Wade and other U.S. Supreme Court precedents were in place and prohibiting the regulation of abortion before viability."
My fellow Americans, I've asked before and I'm asking again. Why do liberals LOVE to kill babies? These are living, breathing things. At six weeks a fetal heartbeat can be detected. What makes a baby more human than being a living and breathing thing with a heart?
Being born is the next step. A step many liberals don't want these kids to be able to take.
They're too concerned with making sure that their voters have the ability to have premarital or unprotected sex with little to no consequences.
The media and the liberals in it have been trying to normalize abortions for a while. But abortions are not normal, they are murder. Most Americans understand that. It's just the clowns in our government that seem to have a hard time accepting the concept.
