Gabbard Parts Ways with Dems, Gets on the Trump Train
Tulsi Gabbard left the Democrat Party after her failed presidential campaign in the 2020 election.
That was not before she sent a wrecking ball to Kamala Harris’ campaign, crushing her during the debate.
Rumors recently surfaced that Gabbard was helping Trump do his debate prep, but a bigger story broke this week about Gabbard and Trump.
He’s My Guy
Gabbard just threw her endorsement behind Trump for the 2024 election.
In endorsing Trump, Gabbard stated, “I mean what I say when I share with you that I know that President Trump understands the grave responsibility that a President and Commander-in-Chief bears for every single one of our lives.
“Whether you’re a soldier, you’re an Airman, a Marine, sailor, or a Coastie, he keeps us in his heart in the decisions that he makes.
“We saw this through his first term in the presidency, when he not only didn’t start any new wars, he took action to de-escalate and prevent wars.”
She continued, “He exercised the courage that we expect from our Commander-in-Chief in exhausting all measures of diplomacy, having the courage to meet with adversaries, dictators, allies, and partners alike in the pursuit of peace, seeing war as a last resort.
“The truth is as we head towards our decision as a country in November, the same can not be said about Kamala Harris. In fact, the opposite is true, and we’re living through this reality today as this administration has us facing multiple wars on multiple fronts in regions around the world, and closer to the brink of nuclear war than we ever have been before.
“This is one of the main reasons why I am committed to doing all that I can to send President Trump back to the White House where he can once again serve us as our Commander-in-Chief.”
Trump also reportedly added Gabbard and former presidential candidate RFK Jr. to his transition team.
Gabbard still has some Democrat support, and conservatives have fallen in love with her after she took down Harris.
I don’t mind this role for Gabbard, but I hope, for her sake, she never runs for office as a Republican.
I like Gabbard, but she is a true moderate, and in today’s political climate, at some point, she would do something to upset the MAGA world and that would be the end of her.
Instead, I really like her in this attack role that she has taken on so well.
Would I welcome her in a Republican administration? Absolutely, and I would immediately assign her a role related to Veteran Affairs because that is her passion.
We have common ground there, and I think she can be an amazing asset on that front.
