Joe Biden is feasting on the lowering of gasoline prices over the second half of the summer.
This is nothing he has done, mind you, as Americans took matters into their own hands.
That could change rather dramatically as the fall season kicks in.
Warning Signs
First and foremost, let’s look at the real reason gasoline prices dropped.
This had nothing at all to do with Joe Biden and everything to do with Americans using less gasoline.
If you look at usage reports as the summer months passed, Americans used almost 10 percent less gasoline daily than the norm.
As I reported before, this was about demand coming down to supply, not supply meeting demand.
There are now numerous forces working against the downward trend in this sector.
First, the EU is halting Russian oil purchases.
Second, there is the natural rising demand for oil to heat homes during the winter months.
Third, summer vacations are over, which means more people are going back to work on a regular schedule, driving more, and using more gasoline.
Fox News’ Bret Baier looks deeper at other factors that could contribute to rising gasoline prices over the winter…
I wonder how Joe Biden will try to sell this to the American people as a good thing since he has been boasting about dipping gasoline prices for the last month or so.
