Fox News Host Hints Trump May Have Been Selling Secrets to Russians

Over the holiday weekend, Donald Trump went ballistic on Fox News.

Trump called out the network for being too nice to Democrats and letting them off the hook.

Well, I cannot wait to see what he says when he hears the comments about him by "Fox News Sunday" host Eric Shawn.

Selling Secrets

The DOJ leaked information regarding the content of some of the documents that Trump had at Mar-a-Lago.

During a panel discussion, Shawn floated the idea that Trump was profiting from the documents.

He stated, "More questions are being raised this morning. Did former President Trump try to sell or share the highly classified material to the Russians or to the Saudis or others?"

Shawn added, "Or were the documents innocently mishandled and stored because he thought he had a legal right to have them?"

The fact that he even entertained the idea that Trump was selling defense secrets to the Russians will be enough to get him on Trump's radar.

He is far from being alone.

I recently mentioned that Trump has not been on "Fox & Friends" in quite some time, which may be a purposeful move by co-host Steve Doocy.

Doocy has been ripping the GOP for going after the FBI over the raid.

He recently asked a Republican Congressman, "I'm just curious, whatever happened to the Republican Party backing the blue? And, in particular, the 35 members of law enforcement, federal law enforcement, at the FBI?"

While speaking with RNC Chair Elise Stefanik, he called the documents "kind of a big deal" since they were "related to nuclear weapons."

He also blasted MAGA supporters, stating, "So many supporters of Donald Trump have used this opportunity to go against the FBI.

"They're barking up the wrong tree. Don't blame the FBI."

To be clear, we are going after leadership in the FBI, as we absolutely understand the agents on the ground were just doing their jobs.

I think it is safe to say, the love affair between Trump and Fox News is over.
