Former NYC nanny claims Barron Trump exhibited disturbing behavior as a child
The Trump family is certainly accustomed to the circulation of nasty rumors about various members, but in an unfortunate twist, the subject of such unseemly conjecture of late has been former first son, Barron.
As Enstarz reports, a man who claims to have worked as a nanny in New York City circles in which the Trumps traveled has stepped forward to make disturbing claims about the former president's son, including allegations of animal abuse and violence toward staffers.
Incendiary claims surface on X
The claims about young Barron Trump come from a poster on X who uses the moniker “Mr. Weeks,” who claims to have been a former employee of a family whose child attended school with the eventual president's son.
Responding to Donald Trump's recent remarks praising the young man Barron has become, Mr. Weeks wrote, “Hahaha, I literally saw Barron slap the f **k out of his nanny in Central Park after school.”
The man went on to assert that Barron Trump “got caught killing animals” and referenced two birds, a dog, and three rabbits as the supposed victims.
Mr. Weeks further alleged that Barron Trump attacked two fellow youngsters with knives, “tossed a desk, spat on people, [and] hit people repeatedly.”
In addition to those claims, he said that Barron Trump was a “highly medicated” child, suffered from anger control issues, spoke infrequently, and lacked friendships while at school.
Contrary evidence abounds
As the outlet noted, Mr. Weeks offered no substantive evidence to back up his assertions about Barron Trump, and recent news coverage -- even from mainstream outlets -- has suggested quite a different picture of the former first son.
Stephanie Grisham, former chief of staff to Melania Trump and someone who has had her share of quarrels with the family, has had nothing but kind words for Barron, remarking that he was “statesmanlike. It's almost like royalty.”
Business mogul Patrick Bet-David, who has spent time with Barron Trump at Mar-a-Lago, has also been favorably impressed by the young man, as the Daily Mail noted, characterizing him as “sharp, funny, sarcastic, tough – not weak.”
“For an hour and a half we just watched Barron run dinner with stories, entertainment. Oh my God. Everything,” Bet-David gushed.
Though Barron Trump has enjoyed a surprisingly private life thus far thanks to the efforts of his mother, his recent emergence on the political scene meant that it was only a matter of time before negative rumors like those leveled by “Mr. Weeks” would emerge, and they are clearly to be taken with a massive grain of salt and the heartiest dose of skepticism.
