"Whitaker's wife sparked concern back in 2014 after she was seen displaying her thin figure while at the 2014 Film Independent Spirit Awards with her husband," the Daily Mail reported.
"According to RadarOnline.com, Keisha was estimated at the time to have lost around 35lbs over the last few years. And such extreme weight loss at her age could lead to significant health problems, according to The Hampton's Diet author Dr. Fred Pescatore," it continued.
The couple was married for 20 years, with Forest reportedly having great respect for Keisha after their divorce.
The couple split in 2018 after being married in Jamaica in 1996, having two daughters together along with two other children the couple had from previous relationships.
Keisha was also an actress who served as a producer and model over the years.
Her passing leaves a massive loss for her children, extended friends and family, and those who have been a fan of her work over the years.
