Footage from Trump’s Appeal Shows Court Leaning Toward Overturning Verdict

Donald Trump’s appeal in the Letitia James fraud case was heard about three weeks ago.

At the time, it was reported that the panel was leaning toward overturning the verdict.

Now footage of that hearing has surfaced, and it does not look good for Attorney General Letitia James.

Leaning Toward Trump

There are cases like the one that was brought against Trump that surface almost every day.

And almost every day, these cases are settled with a small fine and a slap on the wrist (plus back taxes and penalties).

This is an invented case where no parties were harmed, but the charging party believes a crime was committed.

At the heart of the case was whether Trump overestimated his worth to get better rates from the bank, but there is a kicker here.

The banks are also supposed to do their due diligence here. After all, this is not a quick $5,000 no-equity loan.

This was also a case where the judge was clearly biased against Trump.

If you recall, when the case was going on, I had stated that I expected Trump to lose the case, then either win outright on appeal or have the judgment significantly reduced.

Well, listen to the panel during the appeal and you tell me if you think I am right…

To me, that sounds like the panel is considering outright overturning the verdict, which would be a complete and utter disaster for Democrats and James.

Sadly, that appeal decision is not likely to be heard before the election.

Can you imagine how much damage this would do to Democrats if the verdict was overturned before the election? Trump would be railing for days about how the system had been rigged against him to hurt him during the election, and it still did not work.

I would say this… if the appellate court does overturn this decision, a filing should immediately be made to have Engoron removed from the bench. And I would also hope that the court rules that James must reimburse Trump for all legal fees.

We will keep our ears and eyes open for a decision and update you when it is released.
