We have another contender in the 2024 presidential election… maybe.
Donald Trump's comments about the Constitution have more or less put the entire GOP establishment on alert.
To that point, John Bolton, someone that would have zero chance of defeating Trump, is now hinting that he would enter the race to try to stop Trump from winning the nomination.
Just a Headline
Bolton, who briefly served as Donald Trump's National Security Adviser, is about as swampy as it gets.
The man is a snake in the grass, nothing more.
However, the media loves him because he bashes Trump at every chance. Now he wants us to believe that he will be the savior of the GOP by defeating Trump.
On Monday, Bolton dropped the news, stating, "When you challenge the Constitution itself, that is un-American.
"If the current GOP presidential candidates don't repudiate Trump, I'm prepared to get in the race."

The "challenge" that he referred to was a Trump post on Truth Social.
The former president posted, "So, with the revelation of MASSIVE & WIDESPREAD FRAUD & DECEPTION in working closely with Big Tech Companies, the DNC, & the Democrat Party, do you throw the Presidential Election Results of 2020 OUT and declare the RIGHTFUL WINNER, or do you have a NEW ELECTION?
"A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution.
"Our great 'Founder' did not want, and would not condone, False & Fraudulent Elections!"
As I have stated many times, Trump continues to be his worst enemy.
There were two problems with that post.
The obvious was the challenge to the Constitution, which is utterly ridiculous.
Trump has already tried to walk it back, blaming the "fake news" media for twisting his words, but that does not fly here.
He would have been far better off saying he misspoke than trying to blame this one on someone else.
Secondly, we had the news cycle we needed to expose the political corruption on the left with that data drop on Twitter, and he robbed us of it.
That story barely got wings when Trump made his post, then all anyone was talking about was his challenge to the Constitution.
The blatant censorship story went away as fast as it was dropped, and that is all on Trump.
Tonight, Herschel Walker also lost his election to Senator Warnock (D-GA) to give the Democrats a 51-49 edge in the Senate.
Yet another battleground Trump candidate that lost an election.
I'm tired of losing, and right now, every loss we are taking has Trump's fingerprints all over it.
I supported Trump in 2016, thinking he was just what we needed to shake up the system, but this is a different man right now.
If he is the nominee for the GOP in 2024, we lose, period. And we cannot afford to lose.
