Huffington Post reporter Igor Bobic dared to shout a question at Senator-elect John Fetterman.
When Bobic noted that Fetterman did not even acknowledge him while shouting out questions at Fetterman’s first appearance in DC, he got an earful from Rebecca Katz, an adviser for Fetterman.
She laid down the law the reporters need to change their ways to accommodate Fetterman.
Bobic asked the question we all wanted to be answered.
Will Fetterman dress like an adult or will he continue to wear that hoodie on the Senate floor?
After he posted that Fetterman ignored him, Katz responded…
Two things we need to get out of the way:
1) John Fetterman has a suit and will wear it to the Capitol.
2) He is still recovering from a stroke and has lingering auditory processing challenges. The way Hill reporters are used to yelling questions at Senators will not work here. https://t.co/0UCe47d9QC

Katz’s remarks were not well received, with numerous journalists firing at her.
The Spectator Editor Stephen L. Miller responded, “John Fetterman is not deaf. He does not wear hearing aides…are we to understand he cannot understand words being spoken to him?”
Another wrote, “we use cue cards, ‘Love Actually’ style.”
This is going to be a big problem for Fetterman moving forward.
Reporters are not going to slow down for him and if he cannot respond, they are going to make him look like a fool, stroke or not.
In reality, the man never should have been in the election due to his health problems, let alone the idiots in PA voting him into office.
But, then again, they also voted a dead man into office, so…
