FEMA worker told relief staff to skip Trump voters' homes

Shocking revelations have come to light surrounding recent federal hurricane relief efforts that will make your blood boil.

According to a Federal Emergency Management Agency official, workers providing relief to those affected by Hurricane Milton were ordered by one supervisor to SKIP the homes of Trump supporters.

Yes, you read that right.

Marn’i Washington, a supervisor at the Federal Emergency Management Agency, allegedly instructed those working to provide hurricane relief BOTH “verbally and in a group chat” to “avoid homes advertising Trump.”

The Daily Wire reported that various government employees confirmed these allegations, one even providing PHOTO EVIDENCE of the group chat in question.

The Daily Wire took to X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, to share a photo of the group chat which contained the disturbing bullet point:

• Avoid homes advertising Trump

“EXCLUSIVE: Internal messages obtained by The Daily Wire show a FEMA official ordered relief workers in Florida not to help houses with Trump signs,” the Daily Wire wrote on the post in addition to the photo they shared.

Because of Washington’s instructions, “at least 20 homes with Trump signs or flags,” in Florida did not receive attention.

Now, because of Washington’s alleged order, those same families were unable to have an “opportunity to qualify for FEMA assistance.”

One government employee provided a shocking statement on the incident.

“I know they’re short-staffed, I thought we could go help and make a difference. When we got there we were told to discriminate against people. It’s almost unbelievable to think that somebody in the federal government would think that’s okay,” they said.

The administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Deanne Criswell, has now confirmed that Washington has been fired from her position and that Criswell herself “will continue to do everything I can to make sure this never happens again.”

While we commend Criswell for doing the right thing, this should have NEVER been allowed to occur in the first place.

Do you think FEMA should have to pay restitution to the owners of the 20 AMERICAN homes that were affected by the heinous actions of one of their former employees?
