Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) has finally returned to work after being out for several months with shingles, reports Fox News.
Feinstein is clearly still not 100 percent, as anyone can see that saw her arrival.
However, leadership wanted her back in her seat so they can ram through judiciary appointments that have no right being on the bench.

This was a horror show, and I am not talking about how awful Feinstein looked. I rarely have empathy for any Democrat, but when I saw her condition, I could not help but feel sorry for this woman being used in this way.

Honestly, I want someone to tell me that they think that woman is well enough to be flying across the country and attending Senate sessions. That does not even take into account that Feinstein was not present for any of the hearings for these judges she was voting on.
She was brought in to rubber stamp Biden's nominees.
For instance, Fox News reported that as soon as Feinstein returned, Judge Charnelle Bjelkengren was passed through the Senate Judiciary committee to be put up for a full vote.
This is a woman that has no idea what a single word of the Constitution is.

How can anyone get to that level of the judiciary and not know what Article II and Article V are?
Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX), who is a brilliant legal mind, went ballistic, stating, "When Sen. Kennedy asked her what Article V of the Constitution was, she had no idea. Sen. Kennedy asked what Article II of the Constitution was, she said, 'I don't know.'
"Mind you, Article II is the provision of the Constitution that creates the president, the executive branch of the government. Any first-year law student that didn't know what Article II of the Constitution was would flunk Con law.
"This is not some obscure question about some Latin phrase one should know — this is literally the basic architecture of our Constitution," reports Fox News.
This is the type of person that Feinstein was brought back for when she should still be back home recovering.
This woman is 89 years old… this should be considered elderly abuse, not something to celebrate. Democrats once again prove this is about nothing other than power.
