Ron DeSantis and the state of Florida have dealt Joe Biden a crippling blow.
The parole program that Biden has set up that would have more or less legalized illegal immigration has been tossed by a federal judge.
U.S. District Judge T. Kent Wetherell issued a scathing ruling, calling Biden’s plan “unsustainable.”
Bad News for Joe
This new rule was the key to Biden flooding the country with even more illegal immigrants than he already has.
The ruling by Judge Wetherell will send them back to the starting blocks, or, at the very least, halt the rule until this all plays out in court, likely leading to a Supreme Court showdown.
Wetherell stated, “For the most part, the court finds in favor of Florida because, as detailed below, the evidence establishes that defendants have effectively turned the Southwest border into a meaningless line in the sand and little more than a speedbump for aliens flooding into the country,” reports Politico.
The judge added that the Biden policies were “akin to posting a flashing ‘Come In, We’re Open’ sign on the southern border. The unprecedented ‘surge’ of aliens that started arriving at the Southwest Border almost immediately after President Biden took office and that has continued unabated over the past two years was a predictable consequence of these actions.”
Attorney General Ashley Moody was ecstatic over the ruling, as she should have been.
She stated, “Today’s ruling affirms what we have known all along, President Biden is responsible for the border crisis and his unlawful immigration policies make this country less safe. A federal judge is now ordering Biden to follow the law, and his administration should immediately begin securing the border to protect the American people.”

Now, I know what some people are already thinking here… Florida does not have standing to challenge the rule. Well, during the hearing, Florida showed that more than 100,000 migrants have worked their way to Florida, adding stress to its public systems, including some 17,000 children that are now attending public schools.
I believe this will eventually end up before the Supreme Court, and I also believe that Biden will take a beating there just as badly as he did here.
