FBI Says ISIS Was Behind Election Day Plot

There has been a lot made of the lack of vetting that has taken place with migrants since Joe Biden has been in office.

That has taken on new life since there was an election day plot that was thwarted by the FBI.

It turns out the migrant that was behind the plot was doing so with the blessing of ISIS.

It Was ISIS

While the administration has denied vetting was poor, especially in regard to the migrants that were sent here from Afghanistan, reports have regularly shown that not to be true.

Last week, it was reported that Nasir Ahmad Tawhedi, 27, had been taken into custody by authorities for a terror plot that was going to take place on election day.

It is now being revealed that he was carrying out the plot with the blessing of ISIS.

Tawhedi was sent here after having worked for the CIA in Afghanistan.

Because of his contractor status, he did not undergo a full vetting with the State Department before being granted special immigrant status.

According to the FBI, Tawhedi was then caught donating to an ISIS-connected charity as well as looking at ISIS propaganda online.

In addition to his arrest, another family member of his was also arrested in France by the French Anti-Terrorism Prosecutor’s Office.

On the recent developments, the FBI stated, "The recent arrests in France and by the FBI's Oklahoma City field office demonstrate the importance of partnerships to detect and disrupt potential terrorist attacks.

“The coordination between the United States and French law enforcement contributed to these outcomes.

“The FBI's top priority is preventing acts of terrorism, and we are committed to working with our partners both overseas and in the United States to uncover any plots and protect our communities from violence.”

A recent DHS Inspector General’s report found that not all parole evacuees were properly vetted, something that Secretary Mayorkas has regularly denied.

This is far from the first report from the IG’s office that he has refuted.
