Fani Willis Prosecutor Gets Dressed Down by Judge in Courtroom

The Fulton County DA’s office seems to be a hot mess under Fani Willis.

Willis has already seen several charges in her RICO case against Trump and his co-defendants dismissed for how the charges were presented.

Now, one of her prosecutors was just dressed down in embarrassing fashion in the courtroom.

Six charges in the Georgia RICO-election fraud case were dismissed right out of the gate by Judge McAfee, who, in my opinion, has been very fair with his rulings in this case.

When McAfee dismissed the charges, he ripped Willis for not having properly prepared the charges in the case, three of which were against Trump.

McAfee stated, “They do not give the Defendants enough information to prepare their defenses intelligently, as the Defendants could have violated the Constitutions and thus the statute in dozens, if not hundreds, of distinct ways.”

A similar situation played out during the trial of rapper Young Thug.

Chief Deputy District Attorney Adriane Love and Fulton County Judge Ural Glanville got into a heated argument during the case in front of the entire courtroom.

When Love tried to introduce new evidence into the case, Glanville went off, stating, "Why didn't we file this stuff months ago and let's wind it out and air it out at that point in time?”

After asking Love if prosecutors had discussed the evidence before excluding the materials prior, Glanville stated, "Well then, you all should have gotten yourself together beforehand."

Glanville then told Love to take her seat while the jury was being brought back in (they were out of the room for this exchange).

Love continued to argue with Glanville, stating that her team did try to discuss the evidence with the defense team, but Glanville interrupted her, stating, "Oh it's going to be inadmissible right now. I am not going to have any more discussion about this, madam."

Love then started to shout back at the judge, stating, "Judge, we talked to them this morning about that! And I attempted to talk to them earlier this week! Your honor, so the court punishes the state because (of) the defense?"

Glanville replied, "I'm not punishing anybody. But prior preparation prevents poor performance."

Love continued to plead her case to the judge, but Glanville brushed her aside and told her the jury was coming back into the courtroom.

Young Thug, whose real name is Jeffery Lamar Williams, is on trial for racketeering, drug, and gun charges.

And now he just may go free because Willis’ office is incapable of properly handling a case.
