Elon Musk hit with paternity, custody petition
CEO of Tesla and SpaceX Elon Musk has been hit with a paternity suit.
According to reports, Ashley St. Clair, a conservative influencer, is moving to legally name Musk the father of her child.
Additionally, St. Clair is seeking sole custody of her five-month-old son.
“I am, and always have been, the only parent and caretaker that R.S.C. has known. I schedule and take him to all his medical appointments. I am the only parent who cares for him on a daily basis. I feed him, bathe him, and ensure that all his physical and emotional needs are met,” St. Clair wrote in her petition.
The suit against Musk was filed just days after she went public with the claim that she had given birth to Musk’s 13th child.
“Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father,” St. Clair wrote in the bombshell announcement.
St. Clair also alleges that her child was conceived during a trip to St. Barth's she took back in January of 2024.
The request submitted by St. Clair asks that the court issue an order forcing Musk to take a test to confirm or deny if he is the biological father of her son.
As of now, Musk has not claimed St. Clair’s child as his own.
However, in the court filing is a picture of Musk holding a baby which St. Clair says is hers.
The petition also includes “flirty text exchanges” as well as a text message exchange reported to be between St. Clair and Musk.
St. Clair sent a contact in her phone saved as “EM” a photo of her and her newborn son in the hospital bed.
“All well?” EM asked.
EM also said, “I look forward to seeing you and him this weekend.”
If St. Clair proves Elon Musk to be the father of her child, she would become the fourth woman to share children with Musk.
Of his alleged 13 children, he shares six with his ex-wife, Justine Wilson, three children with world-famous popstar Grimes, a set of twins with his business partner Shivon Zillis, and now, possibly another with conservative influencer Ashely St. Clair.
