Election Judge Being Charged for Allowing Illegal Votes

There is something horribly wrong with our elections when we have officials who are paid to enforce the rules but who wind up blatantly violating them instead.

The latest instance of this would be Election Judge Timothy Michael Scouton, who either slept through his training or just blatantly violated election laws.

Whatever the case, Scouton is now being charged for having allowed people to vote who were not eligible.

Don’t Worry About It

Scouton was the head election judge for Badoura Township Precinct in Hubbard County, Minnesota.

During the election, local police were alerted that Scouton had allowed nearly a dozen people who were not eligible to vote to cast a vote.

Even though the votes were challenged, Scouton permitted them to be counted.

During the investigation, it came to be found that Scouton did not tell at least one judge the proper forms that had to be filled out.

In another case, a judge claimed that Scouton told him the forms did not even have to be used.

Scouton was then taken into custody by the Hubbard County Sheriff's Office.

The Sheriff’s Office stated, "These allegations are extremely serious and must be fully and thoroughly investigated.

"Election judges take an oath to administer elections in accordance with the law, a deliberate failure to do so is unlawful and a betrayal of the public trust.

‘Minnesota’s elections rely on the dedication and public service of 30,000 people and they are required to conduct their work fairly, impartially, and within the letter of the law.

“The Hubbard County Auditor took prompt and correct action in notifying local authorities of the uncovered discrepancies so they could investigate."

Democrats are always pushing for free and fair elections.

Yet, time and time again, we see this kind of activity taking place in Democrat-run states by Democrats who are overseeing our elections.

Simply put, they cheat… and they will continue to do so until the hammer is dropped in a way that will make them think twice about bending the rules.
