Doug Emhoff to Replace Jill Biden at Letterman Fundraiser
Now that Joe Biden is out of the race, Jill Biden has pretty much become an afterthought.
She is now a window decoration and has already been removed from a Democrat fundraiser for the 2024 election.
Instead, Doug Emhoff, Kamala Harris’ husband, will be joining David Letterman for a Nantucket fundraiser.
Jill Is Out
If you have noticed, Jill Biden has not said a word since Joe Biden left the race.
The only comment she made was a heart emoji on Biden’s post on Sunday when he announced that he would be dropping out.
It was not long after that when it was announced that Jill was being replaced at the Letterman fundraiser.
In her place is the second gentleman, Doug Emhoff, who is now hoping to make history as both the second gentleman and the first gentleman.
The Letterman fundraiser has been in the works for months, but it makes no sense for Jill to be there now that Joe is no longer on the ticket.
The event is set to take place on Tuesday in Vineyard Haven, Massachusetts.
Technically, Harris is not the presumptive nominee, but we all know the race is rigged for her to get the nod.
After giving this speech and telling the American people that she wanted to “earn” the nomination, it was less than 48 hours later that she gave a speech thanking delegates for giving her the needed support to land the nomination on the first vote.
The DNC is now going through the motions of telling possible candidates they need to announce by Saturday, but the fix is in.
The nominee will be Harris, and she will be confirmed at a virtual roll call prior to the Democrat convention.
The convention is currently scheduled to start on August 19, but the Dems are doing a virtual roll call to avoid any legal challenges to the nomination by the GOP.
