The Department of Justice has made what many are seeing as a downright shocking move.
They're agreeing with Trump.
In terms of at least one of Donald Trump's picks to serve as arbiter of the seized Mar-a-Lago documents is said to have been accepted by the DOJ.
The man's name is Raymond Dearie.
Whether or not U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon would name Dearie or someone else was not immediately clear.
Having any common ground is a huge step in the right direction. Just last month, Trump's team said that there was "no common ground" between the two sides.
This is at least a step in the right direction.
Trump's lawyers are calling the whole mix up about Mar-a-Lago a "storage dispute."
That's putting it kindly.
