DOGE staffer forced to resign after racists posts found on social media
Elon Musk needs to do a better job of vetting his staffers.
Reports broke on Thursday night that a DOGE staffer was forced to resign.
According to the reports, racists posts were found on the staffer's social media account, which will surely not help Musk with the recent narrative he is fighting off.
Racist Posts
Musk has been getting hammered by Dems for his “Nazi” salute during the inauguration.
I still say Musk did it on purpose to create a buzz because Dems have been claiming he is a racist from the moment he saddled up with conservatives.
DOGE staffer Marko Elez just poured some fuel on that fire after posts on his social media account resulted in his resignation.
The Wall Street Journal reported, “The deleted @nullllptr account previously went by the username @marko_elez, a review of archived posts shows.
“The user behind the @nullllptr also described themselves as an employee at SpaceX and Starlink, where Elez has worked, according to archives of Elez’s personal website.”
One of the alleged posts called to “normalize Indian hate.
Another post stated, “You could not pay me to marry outside of my ethnicity.”
Yet another post claimed, “Just for the record, I was racist before it was cool.”
Last year, a post was made that stated, “I would not mind at all if Gaza and Israel were both wiped off the face of the Earth.”
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt confirmed that the staffer had resigned after the Wall Street Journal filed its report.
Here is my question… in this day and age, you know these outlets are going to dig deep into everyone, especially when you have a high-profile agency like DOGE ripping apart the Democrat agenda.
So, why are we not vetting these people better, especially Elon Musk, who should know better.
This is inexcusable and sloppy, but we have seen this before not only with Trump but also the Biden administration.
Biden literally had Iranian sympathizers in his administration, and the information was right there for everyone to see, but these people were still hired.
We need to be better, period, because every mistake we make gets blown to 10x over what happens on the other side of the aisle.
