In what is one of the biggest issues where the GOP has made a hardline stance, we now have Republicans openly siding with Democrats.
The issue… amnesty for illegal immigrants.
Two freshman House members for the GOP, both of whom flipped blue seats read, are signing on to the bill, making me wonder if the Democrats pulled off the ultimate coup, reports CBS News.

Earlier this week, the Dignity Act of 2023 was introduced by Rep. Veronica Escobar (D-TX). Joining her was Rep. Marina Elvira Salazar (R-FL), reports the Daily Caller.
The new bill would push more assets to border authorities but it would also grant legal status to all undocumented immigrants in the United States when the law would take effect.
The restriction on the law would be for migrants that have been in the country no longer than 10 years. It would also cut visa waiting periods and increase the annual cap on green cards.
Also supporting the bill is Rep. Mike Lawler (R-N.Y.), who is another freshman lawmaker that turned a blue seat red.
So, you can see where my concern is regarding Democrats possibly having operatives in the GOP House caucus.
This issue has been a firm no by Republicans, and Speaker McCarthy (R-CA) has already stated that he would not back any bill that offers amnesty for illegals. But, with such a tight majority, even this little bit of crossover can hurt.
Currently, we hold a 222-212 advantage over Democrats, so if they are able to get four more people on the right to support this bill, and the Democrats hold serve, this bill would pass through the House.
It already has Democrat support in the Senate, and since they have the majority there, that is how close this legislation is to becoming a reality. With amnesty included, I feel pretty confident in saying that Biden would sign this legislation in a heartbeat to get those illegals citizenship status in this country.
Lawler and Salazar are literally supporting the end of the GOP as we know it, so what else could they possibly be but operatives of the Democrat Party? And this is far from conspiracy theory because there were Democrats openly speaking about this during the last election cycle.
If you ask me, they already have their plan in place. It would appear that the enemy is now operating from within.
