DNC official caught on video slamming Kamala Harris

A Democratic National Committee (DNC) manager was recently caught on camera saying that he does not believe Vice President Kamala Harris can beat former President Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential election.

The DNC official is Joyce Decerce, who is identified as the "Compliance Manager for the Democratic National Committee and the Kamala Harris campaign."

Decerce made the admission about Harris to the O'Keefe Media Group, which is led by journalist James O'Keefe. This time, it was one of O'Keefe's fellow reporters who went undercover to get this recording:

"She's weirdly unpopular"

In the video clip, DeCerce says that, while he likes Harris, he does not believe that Harris can win the election.

"I like Kamala Harris, but I don't think she'd win this year," DeCerce said.

The journalist followed up by asking DeCerce why he believed that Harris could not win.

DeCerce replied:

She's weirdly unpopular. I think a lot of that is racism and misogyny. And the vice president is so easy to attack, right? She doesn't have any accomplishments to speak of, because she's vice president. She doesn't make laws. Her job is to become president if Joe Biden dies. And a lot of the time, the vice president, whoever they are, gets sent to do the hard stuff.

It is further reported that the journalist who made the recording was threatened in an attempt to dissuade her from releasing this video of DeCerce.

Looking forward

Although DeCerce is right about the fact that Harris "doesn't have any accomplishments to speak of," you would not know this based on the way things have gone since she became the Democratic Party's presumptive presidential nominee.

Harris, seemingly overnight, went from being the least popular vice president in American history to becoming - at least according to some polls - the favorite to beat Trump in the election.

Big Tech and the mainstream media have circled the wagons, by publishing puff pieces and by making it more difficult to find anything but positive information about Harris.

Some experts believe that this is just a "honeymoon period" for Harris and the Democrats, one that will wear off as we close in on election day. Others, however, see no reason why this "honeymoon period" can't extend past election day.

Time will tell.
