Diddy Tapes Could Be Made Public to Prove His ‘Innocence’
A very interesting turn has been taken in the trial of Diddy Combs.
Diddy’s attorneys are trying to make the tapes public, believing it could exonerate Diddy, at least to some extent.
Prosecutors have described the tapes as “elaborate and produced sex performances.”
Proving His Innocence
Diddy’s lawyers believe the tapes will show “private sexual activity” between Diddy and his then-partner, Cassie Ventura.
Prosecutors have been shielding the tapes from defense attorneys, who have only been able to watch the tapes while under the supervision of law enforcement.
The reason the tapes have had such a tight wrap on them is because Ventura’s attorneys wanted them to be kept private to protect their client.
The filing to have the tapes released claims that Victim 1, who is alleged to be Ventura, “not only consented, but thoroughly enjoyed herself.”
Not only that, but Combs’ attorneys have stated that these were not part of the tapes confiscated at Diddy’s home, but “Rather, Victim-1 kept these videos on her own device for years and produced them to the government herself.
“There are no secret cameras, no orgies, no other celebrities involved, no underground tunnels, no minors, and not so much as a hint of coercion or violence.”
Even if Diddy wins this suit, it is far from his only legal problem.
Diddy is facing nearly two dozen civil suits as well as other cases where he has been accused of, among other things, kidnapping, abuse, blackmail, and violence.
Combs was also denied bail numerous times by numerous judges in his racketeering trial, where he stands to do life in prison if convicted.
And believe me, if Diddy goes down, he will sing from the highest tree to take down everyone he can with him… and that list will be quite long.
