Did Pelosi Rhetoric Contribute to Assassination Attempt Against Trump?

Dems are all saying the right things right now regarding the assassination attempt against Donald Trump, but we cannot let them off the hook.

The rhetoric in the weeks leading up to the assassination was utterly ridiculous, with some believing the assassination was exactly what Democrats wanted to see.

Among those with the worst rhetoric was former Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA).

Did They Want This?

Only days before the attempt on Trump’s life, several Democrats had posted some pretty despicable comments about Trump.

For instance, Joe Biden posted on X, “Donald Trump is a genuine threat to this nation.

“He’s a threat to our freedom. He’s a threat to our democracy. He’s literally a threat to everything America stands for.”

Nancy Pelosi also invited violence against Trump, stating, “This is not a normal election where you want to win and if you don’t, you cooperate and do the best you can for the country and hope to win the next time.

“This is something that is undermining our democracy. He must be stopped. He cannot be president!”

If you are a lunatic, how do you take that any other way than to take him out by any means necessary?

After Democrats have repeatedly accused Trump of encouraging violence, how do they get away with statements like this without holding them accountable?

Stop him at all costs… a threat to our freedom… a dictator… threat to our democracy… etc.

These were all statements made to get people riled up, and it worked, and now Dems want to act as though they are innocent.

We cannot allow them to get away with this. So I ask Merrick Garland, why are we not looking to prosecute Dems the way his DOJ went after Donald Trump on this front?
