Joe Biden has yet another gaffe-filled interview.
One of the errors he made was in talking about his student loan giveaway.
First, he blatantly lied about the support the order has in the courts, then he really slipped up.

First, Biden stated that the lower courts and the Supreme Court are on his side, which is not true.
Biden was just dealt a blow by a lower court.
Even though Justice Barrett refused to hear a case brought about by a group in Wisconsin, there are more challenges coming his way.
Constitutional experts believe he overstepped his authority with that forgiveness order.
Then he made a really bizarre comment, stating that he "passed [the loan forgiveness] by a vote or two."
It was an executive order, so it never came before Congress even though Biden clearly knew it should have.
Even worse, Biden is now arguing in court that he did not need congressional approval for the order.
Biden's critics are pouncing on this, so expect this narrative to get a lot of headlines over the next few days.
