Dems Want Obama to Negotiate for Hostages

The Democrat Party often rails about how the GOP cannot seem to get away from Trump, but they are just as bad with Obama.

To that point, there are now House Democrats calling for Obama to come in to negotiate for the release of the hostages being held by Hamas.

Considering Obama’s open relationships with terrorist nations, maybe that is not such a bad idea after all.

Bring in Barack

Barack Obama loves him some Iran, even handing them a stack of cash before he left office.

This is something that has permeated the Democrat Party for most of the last decade, but I digress.

Democrats would surely only be suggesting that Obama be called in now for his diplomatic skills.

Rep. Shri Thanedar (D-MI) called for a 3-day cease-fire between Israel and Hamas to negotiate the release of the hostages.

Thanedar stated, "Today, I am calling on Israel to institute a 72-hour humanitarian pause to negotiate the release of the hostages held by Hamas and the surrender of Hamas leaders responsible for the Oct. 7 attack.

"During this pause, President Biden should appoint a chief negotiator to bring all parties to the table.

“I can think of no one better than former President Barack Obama to lead these efforts. If, at the end of 72 hours, no sufficient progress has been made, Israel should resume its military operations with the goal of destroying Hamas while minimizing civilian casualties."

Notice how all the responsibility falls on Israel? What exactly do these people think that Hamas will do if Israel stops fighting for 72 hours?

Israel has Gaza surrounded right now, as well as having destroyed many of the tunnels that Hamas uses under the city to move troops and supplies.

If you do a cease-fire now, Hamas has time to regroup, more than likely striking Israel before the cease-fire would officially conclude.

Here is Obama talking about the war, but notice the crowd of liberals only cheer when he talks about what is happening to Palestinians…

People have their priorities pretty screwed up… let’s face the fact that if Palestine wanted Hamas out, it would cooperate with Israel to root them out and destroy them.

By not doing that, are they not supporting Hamas? I just don’t see any other way to describe this situation.
