If Democrats lose the majority in the House, Speaker Pelosi (D-CA) is expected to give up her seat and retire.
If she does give up her seat, at the very least, she is expected to step down from leadership.
If that happens, people are already moving into place to try to take her spot.
At the head of the pack… the dreaded Adam Schiff.
I am obviously not a Democrat, but I am sick of the same old people taking over leadership roles in these parties.
Schiff is pure establishment and as corrupt as they come, yet he is probably the odds-on-favorite to take over leadership in the House if Pelosi steps down.
The top three Democrats in the House are all fossils, but Schiff, at 62, is no youngster.
I firmly believe that if Congress is ever going to get fixed, we need younger moderates on both sides of the aisle to step up and take over these leadership roles.
We have to get back to the days of Congress making deals rather than a hard line.
If Schiff takes over leadership, and he is making a strong play to do, working the backrooms as we speak, it will be 20 times worse than when Pelosi ran the Democrats.
